Tusculum University’s career services director offers assistance to online students and alumni with career development and employer relations. Students are encouraged to explore the resources posted on the career services website and take an active role in career preparation, during each year of study, in order to become “career ready.”
The career services director maintains offices on the Greeneville and Knoxville campuses, and is available to meet with students on the Morristown campus by appointment only. Students are invited to schedule appointments to be conducted on-site, or by phone/online. The director’s contact information and office hours are posted on our webpage.
Tusculum University is dedicated to student success for all students. Online students are welcome to participate in a wide variety of recreational sports, student activities, and clubs and organizations. Students may come and enjoy the variety of activities from concerts to backpacking! Additionally, The Office of Student Affairs serves as a resource to the student community and provide information to all students. Whether Online students wish to come and use the gym, or seek wellness, the Office of Student Affairs is here to provide support to help online students succeed. Tusculum University is concerned about students, staff and faculty’s experience. A formal complaint can be filed by anyone. The process is outlined in the last link below:

Counseling and ADA Services is a part of the Office of Student Success at Tusculum University. Staff provides mental health counseling and disability services at no cost for currently enrolled students of the University. The office supports the Tusculum community through services, programs, consultations, and referrals that are therapeutic, preventive, and educational.
Counseling and ADA Services offers secular and Christian Integrated services promptly within a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment. Services are available at a level of professional care that promotes emotional well being, spiritual growth, academic success, diversity, and healthy interpersonal relationships.
Counseling and ADA Services utilizes a HIPPA complaint virtual office to facilitate meetings related to online services. The office is available by appointment only. Students may request appointments using the online Request for Services form. Students enrolled in an online program have equal access to disability-related accommodations that apply to the online learning environment. Students living in Tennessee and taking classes entirely online may receive ongoing counseling services from the university using the virtual office. Those living out of Tennessee must seek counseling services from a professional licensed in the state, territory, or country of residence.

Tusculum University’s Veteran Services Office assists online student veterans and their family members in University enrollment guidance; contacts for campus, local, and federal resources; and retention programs. Online exclusive and hybrid student veterans and their family members are included in all activities available to students who attend on campus courses.
Monthly newsletters are provided to keep students informed of campus, local, and federal programs that affect veterans. The Veteran Service’s online footprint includes a dedicated webpage and Facebook page.
The Veteran Services Office is located on the main campus in Greeneville but also supports students in the Knoxville and Greeneville campuses. The office may also be contacted via office and cell phones as well as email for individual assistance. The policy of the office is to respond to any requests for assistance within one business day of receipt of request.

Tusculum University’s Thomas J. Garland Library assists online students in making library resources available online 24/7. The library’s website is a gateway to online resources, including tutorials, helpful links, over 300,000 e-books and millions of articles.
In addition to our location on the main campus in Greeneville, the library also has a branch on the Knoxville campus, and librarian office hours on the Morristown campus. Librarians may be contacted via phone or email for one-on-one research assistance. A librarian may also be embedded in online classes to facilitate easy access to research expertise and help with library resources.
