ACADEMIC ADVISING FOR ONLINE STUDENTS<\/h2>\n

Professional academic advisors are charged with the responsibility of providing useful, pertinent information concerning many different areas of Tusculum University. Accordingly, advisors assume a significant educational role within the academic life of their students. The professional academic advisor provides each student with guidance for developing an educational plan, selecting courses and making referrals for assistance provided by other campus resources. Online students are encouraged to contact Ms. Jane Allen for academic advising at 423-636-7300 ext. 5602 or by email at jallen@tusculum.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n

TUTORING FOR ONLINE STUDENTS<\/h2>\n

The Tutoring Center is located in the Thomas J. Garland Library on the Greeneville campus. Drop-in tutoring for mathematics and English is available during the day 9-5 pm Monday-Friday. Tutoring for all subjects is available 7-9 pm Sunday-Thursday. Tutoring services for our satellite sites in Knoxville and Morristown, can be requested via appointment for face-to-face or via Skype\/Zoom by contacting the Tutoring Center Coordinator.<\/p>\n

Adult Online Studies students who are participants in the ARCHES TRIO program are provided access to an online tutoring platform through TutorMe.<\/p>\n

TUSCULUM ADMISSION FOR ONLINE STUDENTS<\/h2>\n

Tusculum University\u2019s Office of Admission assists online student\u2019s successful completion of the college enrollment process. Students may submit applications online<\/a> at and may forward unofficial transcripts to admission@tusculum.edu<\/a>. Tusculum is a part of several certified transcript delivery services such as Student Clearinghouse and Parchment.<\/p>\n

The Admission staff is available for Zoom meetings or face to face meetings by appointment. Students may schedule campus visits or appointments by contacting the admission office direct line at 423-636-7312 or emailing at admission@tusculum.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n
