SPED NOMINATION FORM

The Tusculum University SPEDReady project will provide full funding for one teacher from your district to complete the graduate coursework needed to obtain dual add-on endorsements in Special Education Comprehensive K-12 and Interventionist K-8. The grant covers tuition, fees, textbooks, and Praxis tests. There are 30 additional spots available in the SPEDReady cohort at the grant rate of $7,353. Please nominate up to four teachers, in priority order, in the section below; our enrollment staff will contact your nominees to begin the application process. At the bottom of this form, please indicate whether your district is interested in funding one or more additional teachers to participate in the program.

Tusculum provides a unique service for entering transfer students called an Individualized Graduation Plan (IGP). It will list all the courses that are needed in order to graduate from Tusculum, while giving you an idea of the courses you will be taking each semester.
